It was acting like a mouse, (the point of the cursor being relative to where she last left it on the screen, not to where her hand was on the tablet) but that part was fixed after she downloaded and reinstalled the driver from online. However, after that, her tablet quit working.
The error involved the spacebar rapidly pressing itself repeatedly, and only a hard reset fixed the issue. My sister's tablet previously worked just fine on her Windows 10, however, it stopped working after a random (and seemingly unrelated) computer error.
